I’ve had a lot of cravings during my pregnancy, especially in the am, when I wake up famished and starving! This little plate has easily become one of my most favorite breakfast-y things to make. It’s fast, and super easy and full of lots of good things to start your day off right!

1 gluten free waffle toasted in toaster (I like the Natures Path Organic brand)
½ banana mashed
1 spoonful of raw almond butter
1 dollup of sheeps milk Greek Yogurt
1 sprinkle of chia seed or ground chia seed
1 sprinkle of flax seed or ground flax seed
Handful of berries ( I like blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries… whatever is in season, looks good and is organic)

Optional: A drizzle of Grade B pure maple syrup (more nutrients than Grade A)

Yum!
